At long last we started with the scrap pages, as promised last year !! This page was done by my daughter Dionette and she loves bling nearly as much as me.

The challenge was use 1 photo, handmade embellishment, alfa letters, tearing paper and colours – brown, black, cream/white.

HAPPY VALENTINE

Happy Valentine to all my friends and followers
I had cup cakes made for my fairy keeper and thought, what a surprise would it not be if I gave my dear friend also one.

Doesn’t this look yummy, o boy and I didn’t even order for me aaaaah !
The boy and the cup cake cover was cut by the cricut machine and the cup cake bake by another friend of mine.

LOVE IS THE THREAD

Love is the thread that binds us together. Wow this is so true, cause when we don’t have love in our different relationships, may it be friends, lovers or love for our Lord, then we are really empty and lost. Oh and not forgetting the love of crafts too, as that is a talent given from the Lord. How sweet is life when one has the love of a close friend or partner…. ooops am I spreading some love

This card was made for a friend of mine that had her anniversary on the 7th and is married 7 years now.When she saw this sentiment, it had to be on the card, she wanted to give it to her hubby to tell him how much she loves him.
The sentiment is a stamp from Justrite Stamps and the die cuts is a spellbinder bloom

LEATHER ..

This card I made for a challenge in Outlaws – CAS. (Which is Clean and Simple)
So I made this card with some leather, brads and gold sticker border.

Mmm not all cards have to be difficult and that is why I will be making more cards in the future.

VALENTINE FRIENDS

I always thought Valentine was for lovers & couples.
Well, a couple of years back I discovered that on can include your dearest friends as well. They are the ones that is always there for you no matter what and giving them something special, means a great deal to them too.
So here is my version of a Valentine Friend ATC on “Fun ATC”S

Some rubberstamping, mulberry tissue, punched flower, a heart and not forgetting some tiny acrylic gemstone.

ATC – SMARTIES

My better half always say our lot of crafters is sure a nation all on our own, cause we do the weirdest things that non crafters would not even thing of.

Well, I signed up in for a Smartie Box swap in “FUN ATC” on the site In2Crafts.    First of all, I could not find any Pink or Gold Smartie packs here in Pretoria, so a dear angel Joan sent them all the way from Wochester. The smarties was very yummy!!  And the results was as above and below
